THE VAIL TENNIS CENTER IS OPEN FOR PLAY!

(Vail, Colo.) - The Vail Tennis Center courts are open and ready for tennis players! Get the most out of your Colorado summer and come play tennis with the stunning Gore Range mountains as your backdrop. Courts are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and advance reservations are required. As the season progresses, we hope to expand hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
2020 season pass rates are $200 for VRD residents and $235 for non-residents. Your season pass allows you unlimited court reservations and access to all organized play. Visit vailrec.com for more information on Vail Tennis Center activities and reservation time-block pricing for non-passholders.
Court reservations must be made in advance by calling the Tennis Center reservations desk at 970-479-2279 or emailing tennis@vailrec.com. At this time there will not be physical access to the reservation desk.
The courts were recently prepared for the season by Beard Tennis Systems, a professional clay court company based in Florida. The courts are in terrific condition and ready for summer play!
Beginner players or those who would like to refine their existing skills can book a lesson with our energetic and experienced tennis director, Caitlin Collins, whose focused but relaxed teaching style will have you playing your best in no time.
With some play restrictions still in place due to COVID-19, this year the Tennis Center will operate differently from seasons past. A great deal of discussion and planning has taken place between the Vail Recreation District and local public health officials to make play at the Tennis Center available. Please take note of the following protocols for the current Blue Square Phase:
