Beaver Creek's Winter Culinary Weekend, which returns on Thursday, January 23rd, welcomes a new event this year, a Culinary Collaboration Dinner at Splendido! Splendido is partnering with the Beaver Creek Resort Company to provide a dinner with Executive Chef and owner Brian Ackerman and guest chefs Brother Luck and Katsuji Tanabe. Each course will be accompanied by a thoughtfully paired wine from Paul Hobbs Winery.
