Grammy-winning jazz singer and pianist Diana Krall will make her eagerly anticipated Beaver Creek debut on Sunday, August 2, while multi-platinum singer/songwriter Michael Bolton will perform for the first time in Beaver Creek on Monday, August 24. Tickets for both shows will be available for purchase beginning at 11am on Monday, March 6.

Krall’s storied career exploded when she won a Grammy Award for Best Jazz Vocal for When I Look in Your Eyes, becoming the first jazz recording to be nominated for Album of the Year in twenty-five years. In 2002, The Look of Love was a #1 bestseller in the US and a five-time platinum album in Canada. The 2004 release, The Girl in the Other Room, was her first to focus on her own songwriting, with six tunes co-written with husband Elvis Costello, while 2006’s From This Moment On was an upbeat, critical success. She’ll be touring in support of her latest record, Quiet Nights, which boasts a sensual, South American-inspired sound.

Acclaimed singer/songwriter Michael Bolton has sold more than 53 million records, won multiple Grammy awards for Best Male Vocalist, earned a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame and sold out arenas worldwide.

Bolton’s achievements as a songwriter may well surprise those who are only acquainted with his singing career. In addition to hits for Barbara Streisand, KISS and Cher, he has also written songs for Joe Cocker, Marc Anthony, Kenny G., Peabo Bryson, Greg Allman, Wynonna Judd and many others. Over the years, he has earned multiple honors in this field, including BMI’s Songwriter of the Year, Song of the Year and Million-Air awards, ASCAP’s Writer and Publisher Awards and a Hitmaker Award from the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
