How to Enter any Contest heard on KZYR-FM/KSNO-FM
a) All contestants must be a citizen of the United States and at least 18 years to play any contest on KZYR-FM.

b) Employees of KZYR-FM COOL Radio LLC, affiliated entities, its affiliated advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or to receive any prize awarded herein, so if none of the above applies to you feel free to play!
c) Listeners are eligible to win a KZYR-FM contest only once every thirty days. Only one winner per family and/or household is permitted in any contest.
d) Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.
Prizes:
a) All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of  KZYR-FM Prizes may not be mailed and are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for cash.
Conditions:
b) If you are lucky enough to win on KZYR-FM you will be solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes. You will also be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.
a) By participating in any contest, the winner or winners agree to have their likeness, voice, and name used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. Further, names and likenesses of Promotion Winner may be used by KZYR-FM and its designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to or by KZYR-FM to the Promotional Winner.
b) Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $600.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by KZYR-FM. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold KZYR-FM/KSNO-FM, its corporate licensee, parent corporation COOL Radio LLC, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.
c) KZYR-FM reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement.
d) The contest is void where prohibited.
e) Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
f) Copies of the written contest rules are posted at and are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KZYR-FM.
