#4 - Colin's Concoction Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. What a delightful treat created by longtime Vail Local Colin Gleason. The sandwich is an offshoot of his fabulous cookies. You can purchase his cookies at various locations around the Valley. They were a big seller at the Ford Amphitheater this Summer. Thank you Colin for this incredible tasty Vail original!
