A certain number of Pink Floyd's albums from post-Dark Side have been pulled from digital download stores like Itunes.
Most of Pink Floyd's albums from after Dark Side of The Moon have been pulled and are no longer available for downloading becuase the EMI contract expired.
There are still some CD availble for albums like "The Wall" and "Animals". Albums from pre Dark Side like "THe Piper at the Gates of Dawn" remain avalble. Pink Floyd management has been shopping around for a new distributor for all of its catologue but sources say the asking price has been too high for any major company to bite.
THis means that there are still copies of the albums available as CDs but once those are sold out getting legal copies of Pink Floyds albums will be tricky. THey still sell over 10,000 albums a year. SInce 2000, Billboard says they have sold over 1.5 million albums.
Digital sales have accounted for about 10% of those however recently digital sales have been as high as 41% of total Pink Floyd sales.
