John McCaulley has been declared the winner for Eagle River Fire Protection District board seat after initial count had him tied.
McCaulley, an incumbent, received 90 votes, while Al Bosworth had 88, Fire Chief Charlie Moore said Monday.
After last Tuesday's election, officials said the race was tied at 89 votes for each candidate.
McCaulley is re-elected to a four-year term for District 4, which represents Edwards. |
